All products (View, Solo, Studio) are free to use without registration. No login required. No data saved. Refresh clears everything. Use as long as you want at no cost.
When you register, you commit to a monthly subscription. Payment is due immediately and recurring monthly on the same date.
You are charged on your subscription date each month. Prices are in AUD and billed by Stripe.
Cancel anytime. Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access for the remainder of the month you paid for. No charge after that.
We may change prices. Changes apply to future billing cycles only, not the current month.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. There are no refund circumstances.
If you are charged twice by mistake, we will return the overpayment (not a refund—a correction of the billing error). Email support@saphyr.com.au with proof and we will process within 5 business days.
You own your models, designs, and job data. By uploading to Saphyr, you grant us permission to store and serve it back to you. We do not use, sell, or share your content.

Saphyr software and designs are owned by Saphyr. Licensed to you for personal or internal use only. You cannot copy, modify, or distribute.
Saphyr is provided "as is". We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We may terminate your account for violating these terms, non-payment after 5 days, or at our discretion. No refund on termination.
We may change these terms anytime. Changes are effective 30 days after posting. Continued use = acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
